As a 24-hour working Ethiopian restaurant located in the heart of one of the most developed countries worldwide, we seek to provide the finest service to those who indulge in the one of the several various cuisines that we have to offer. Speaking on behalf of the whole staff, we make an effort to provide you with dishes that allow you to remember the fresh yet authentic taste that originated form the heart of Ethiopia. One of the most common and dearly loved dishes throughout the country is ‘Shiro wot’, made from chickpea and broad-bean flour mixed using the core ingredients in most Ethiopian cuisines,garlic and onion. Encountered by few yet loved by many, ‘Doro wot’ is one of the most flavorful yet spicy dishes made by using the omnipresent mixture of berbere spices, chicken, butter and onions. Yet another beloved local dish in the nation, ‘Kitfo’ is made from raw minced beef and known to be served on special occasions with your loved ones. Last but not least, Coffee.
